Sweco has taken appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure your data is treated with care.<\/p>\n<h3>Cross Border Transfer<\/h3>\n<p>Your data is stored in the European Union. When it is necessary for Sweco to transfer data outside of the European Economic Area, Sweco will ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable legal requirements equivalent to that provided by data protection regulations in the European Economic Area.<\/p>\n<h3>Retention<\/h3>\n<p>Your personal data will be deleted 5 days after closing of the request ticket unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it for a longer period.<\/p>\n<h3>Your rights<\/h3>\n<p>You can at all times withdraw your consent, in which case your personal data will be deleted, and you will no longer receive press releases as mentioned above. Also you can request for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of your data.
