ASSIGNMENT AND SOLUTION

Sweco is designing security measures that will be naturally integrated into the surroundings. On this assignment we have used a multidisciplinary group that has collaborated with the customer in the consultancy, budget, design, procurement and implementation phases.

Sweco identifies functional solutions
Our expert security consultants have played a key role with regard to understanding the assignment, solutions and performance. We have drawn up decision reports with illustrations, alternative solutions and budget prices that are updated on an ongoing basis. In this project Sweco has delivered security measures for buildings and outdoor areas. A strict schedule has been ensured through robust and clear project administration.

The measures must be "invisible"
All of the measures have been implemented in such a way as to affect the day-to-day lives of the users as little as possible. Sweco has taken into account universal design, access for the emergency services, operation and maintenance.

Sweco has designed the following security measures:

  • Bullet resistance
  • Explosion protection
  • Manual and automatic vehicle barriers
  • Securing of entrances and access for personnel
  • Privacy protection
  • Warning systems, alarms, speech and lights
  • Camera surveillance
