Project management

Large construction, infrastructure, energy and industrial projects are often composed of many elements that need to be combined to produce successful results. This requires leadership, good communication and considerable experience. When managing projects, Sweco employs tools to help with structure, progress, the economic aspects and information.

We take the ecological, economic and social aspects into account and combine these with LEAN and BIM tools – and bring methods and improvements to projects in order to secure good results. Our project managers identify what is important and contribute towards strategy and business development processes. When necessary we adapt our client's project management tools and models.

Sweco offers both free-standing project management and project management teams (PA teams). Our PA teams provide projects with interdisciplinary skills, greater freedom of action and help to reduce the risks involved. We can also undertake full responsibility for projects under EPCM contracts.
