Construction management

The key to a successful building project is good on-site coordination. Sweco's construction managers employ structure and clarity to achieve progress and ensure effective cooperation between everyone working on site.

Sweco addresses client requirements during the execution phase – extending from when contracts are signed with the contractor until project completion and expiry of the claims period.

We monitor production and ensure that work is executed in line with the budget and time schedule. We provide administrative assistance, deal with the documentation involved and make contact with the authorities and other interested parties.

Sweco is able to help, regardless of the type of contract chosen by the client. Our construction managers follow up contracts, thus ensuring that the agreed quality is delivered at the agreed time and cost. We adapt our construction management services to the requirements of the project and developer, and we assemble multidisciplinary construction management teams.
